Short answer

A helpful way to think about it

Where can understanding begin?

A single symptom or difficult day does not in itself indicate a mental health diagnosis. How long the experience lasts, when it intensifies and how it affects daily life provide a more meaningful overall picture.

A sign to consider support

When might support be worth considering?
