This is a transparent technical summary of the website’s data flow, not legal advice.

Data and purpose

The forms process your name, telephone number, optional email address and answers you choose to provide, solely to assess your request and contact you.

Delivery and infrastructure

Server-side form data is delivered through Resend to info@psy-fss.com. Vercel hosts the site and Sanity manages published content. Form fields are neither sent to analytics nor logged by the application.

Retention

A draft remains only in the open tab’s sessionStorage and is deleted after submission. Email records should not be retained longer than needed to assess the request and communicate. This page does not declare a fixed retention period.

Children and adolescents

Parent or legal guardian consent may be required depending on age and service context. The form collects neither identity documents nor a guardian consent document.

Cookies and preferences

No non-essential advertising cookies are used. Language preference uses localStorage; an unfinished form draft uses sessionStorage.

Your requests

Contact info@psy-fss.com to request access, correction or deletion. Applicable legal grounds and duties require context-specific review.
